We started our first IT support company in 1997 and later sold that business in 2009. Several years later many of our original clients requested we support them once again and demand continued to grow.
We appreciate the challenges of running a business. We understand the significant impact to our client’s smooth operation by proactively managing their computer network and reducing unexpected downtime. We react quickly in the rare cases these scenarios occur. We don’t agree with the “cookie cutter” IT support business model as each of our customers are different, they all have different needs and challenges and we create solutions that work for their business goals (and their pocketbook).
